There has always been a special place in my heart for nonprofit organizations and small to midsize businesses. 

With lofty goals, limited budgets, and small yet mighty teams, their work has inspired the best of my own. For over 20 years, I have helped organizations in technology, higher education, health care, the arts, and more find solutions to problems big and small that have, at best, impeded progress and, at worst, threatened their very existence.

It is a privilege to have played a role in dozens of organizations’ success stories. Whether an organization needs me to coach the team, bring the team, or be the team, I can easily scale my services up or down depending on their needs and budget. Often, an organization has the team and the know-how to execute. They just need help creating the blueprint to get there. I can get you to that next step.

HOW IT WORKS.

We’ll meet for a 60-minute session via video or phone conference. 

Prior to the session, send me any information you would like me to review to ensure I am ready for our discussion. I will follow up within three business days with a report that contains next steps, references to key vendors and resources, if applicable, and action items you can do immediately to help you reach your goals. $750 per session.
